    To begin your project with Point Creators, just follow these quick steps:

1. Download the Client Contract Agreement below.

2. Fill in your details at your own pace.

3. Send it over to pointcreatorsgm@gmail.com or print and mail it if that works better for you.

Need a hand with the form? I’m happy to walk through it with you — no pressure. You’ll still get to review everything and sign it when you’re ready.

Once it’s all set, you’ll keep the original copy, and I’ll keep one for my records.
